• Host GPU with DisplayPort v1.4 supports up to 3 unique screens
• Host GPU with DisplayPort v1.2 supports up to 2 unique screens
• For 3 unique extended displays at 4K, DP v 1.4 and Display Stream Compression (DSC) is required
  • Most discreet mobile graphics adapters (GPUs from Nvidia or AMD) support DSC
  • On-board or integrated graphics like Intel HD may not support DSC

Before purchase: Confirm the USB-C port on your device supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), and what type. Some USB-C ports only work for charging or file copy, providing no video output function. Using this dock on a data-only USB-C port will not allow the HDMI or DP sockets to function.
