Place one below or above a particularly hot component to help direct airflow. Combined with a fan module, you can actually design how the air flows inside your cabinet.
Beef up the security and athesitics of your data rack by covering the spaces not being used. Simply bolt this vent panel into the RU mounting points and voila! You have a stylish and secure rack. All that's missing is perhaps some RGB LED strips to really make it pop!
