Question: I have a portable DVD player with usb output only(Pioneer DVR-XD08) can I connect it to a TV that has HDMI input?
Answer: "Unfortunately not, the DVR-XD08 is an external optical disc drive designed for use with computer systems. By itself it cannot read DVD discs or output a video signal. Only a computer with decoding software can make it function."
