TV bracket went up like a beauty. Love the fact it included a wide range of hardware - bolts to TV, wood and masonry wall.... I don't remember reading that in product description on website, so perhaps you could mention that too (and impress customers even more)?!

My case with this purchase is actually unique.
I've had a need to purchase a monitor stand with great urgency for the Personal Assistant to the Head of the Middle School at my school. The school wasn't able to get the right one, let alone get it quickly enough. So, I went to numerous major computer stores/shops, as well as carry out an extensive search on-line. I even rang 2 interstate stores from their on-line websites to ask them for availability of the one I needed in silver (not black) and delivery times. Not only did they not have any at all in either black or silver, but I'd had to wait until the end of October (1.5 months) to get one!

This about the fifth time I have made a purchase with Cable Chick for my home and have been impressed every time by not only their price and prompt delivery but more importantly the willingness of the staff to go that extra step. I just purchased 2 speaker wall mounts but before I did had a couple of questions about the product, a simple phone call to Cable Chick and one of the staff members went down to get one out of a box to explain to me over the phone about the queries I had. I was very impressed and will and have always used them for my electronic needs.
I used this wall-bracket to mount a 40 Samsung HD LCD. It is perfect for it as the TV only weighs 21Kgs and uses the standard vesa 100 mounting option. This wall mount bracket fits it perfectly.
My aim was to keep the TV as close to the wall as possible but still allow the room needed for cables. Im super happy as when its on the wall with TV mounted on it, there is 80mm (or 8cms) room to connect cables to the TV. Also I have it slightly higher than sitting head height so the 15 degree tilt is perfect to aim down a slight bit.
Overall I rate this product very, very highly. It would suit 99% of all needs from 99% of users.
When I purchased my 46" LCD I was pressured to purchase a bracket with the TV which did not seem to be of high quality, so I refused the proposal.
As I had purchased previously from Cable Chick I checked the web site and identified my preferred mounting bracket for my newly purchased TV.
I did some investigation to what else was available and found those to be in some cases similar product to be 3 times the cost of Cable Chick product. I do not mind admitting that I had some trepidation prior to receiving my ordered item, that was all put to rest once I viewed the wall bracket.
What was the most enjoyable part of getting a very well priced product was the ease of the instructions to follow and the simplicity of the installation of the wall mount bracket, followed by the ease of placing of the TV on the wall bracket.
I was going to get a handyman in to do the work but once I read the instructions there was no need at all.
