Customer Testimonial

Hi, I ordered a few cables the other day and one of them (a SCART to component lead) was faulty. I called you hoping I could send it back for a replacement.

The guy I spoke to (forgot his name sorry) was an absolute champion. He sent me down a new lead (before I'd even sent the old one back) so I would get it before christmas... he also included an express post envelope so I could mail the faulty one back free of charge. I suppose thats what he should of done, but I didn't expect it to be that easy...I expected a fight or at least to have to cop the cost of postage or something.

It was just fantastic customer service...just wanted to let you know...Oh and by the way, I'll post the faulty one back in tomorrow's mail.
