To the staff at Cable Chick, this is the first time I have dealt with Cable Chick and all I can say is that the customer service, professionalism, quality, price and the overall experience is second to none! I rang the Cable Chick office to make an enquiry and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful (Julian - if my memory serves me correctly); impressed by the customer service, I logged on to the website and after a few easy steps the order was placed at approximately 4:00pm.
I was extremely impressed to find the items I ordered (3 x 20m VGA cables) were on my desk the following morning! The first thing I did was tell fellow workmates how impressed I was with the service; I have already recommended Cable Chick to others.

Just to let you know that the cable arrived on Tuesday - only one day after you sent it - great! Also, the two 'Minties' were a nice touch - I enjoyed them.
This is the first time I've had any dealings with 'Cable Chick' and I want to say that I am very impressed with the whole experience. The response to an email I sent was answered very
promptly - and that was on the weekend. The cables appear to be of very good quality and the bottom line is that with the new Component cable connected the picture on the new LCD TV
is great. Dick Smith wanted $149 for a Component cable, which is almost 300% more than the $37.90 that I paid Cable Chick - and that included delivery. Maybe Dick Smith's cable is of higher quality but I doubt that I would notice any difference in picture quality. Myer wanted $199!!
So thanks for the great service. |

There was a lot of promises on the website about stock in hand, all the cables that come with the unit, express delivery and so on. Heard it all before. Hi all, I thought I'd send a quick note on my very positive experience with Cable Chick. I see you already have plenty of testimonials but it never hurts to be another voice in the crowd!
Everything was painless - from selecting a suitable cable, to creating an account, to ordering the cable, to having it delivered to reception at my office exactly as requested, which so many other companies have failed to do. Even my wallet is happy, as the price was far below what I'd been able to find elsewhere, and when the package arrived less than 24 hours later, my new cable was very well packed - there was even a nice little surprise in the bag :) Given the rest of my experience I wasn't at all surprised when I took the cable home and it did exactly what the description on your site said it would do.
It seems like such a simple thing to offer good service, but so few companies these days do so, particularly when price is used as a selling point. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Cable Chick exceeded my expectations in these areas, and the little things really do make a big difference. I'll most definitely be visiting you again, should I need more cables in the future!

Hi Guys,
My wife ordered 22 meters of high end speaker cable on Thursday lunchtime, and the cable arrived at our place in Sydney before 10:00 the following morning. I set up the surround sound system last night and I was anazed at how much clearer and louder the sound was compared to the more expensive European cables I was using before.
