Cable Chick offer an exclusive 5 Year Warranty on all our Cables, Adaptors & Connectors. Our 5 Year Warranty covers all your cabling products for 5 years from any manufacturing defect or other product fault which may occur through "normal use" of the product. The term "normal use" is used to describe any regular use for which the product was intended. We retain the right to refuse any warranty claim if we suspect an item has been; physically damaged, has been exposed to excessive force, cut, crushed or otherwise tampered with. Our warranty is designed to cover all buyers for normal use of our products for 5 years - that's our guarantee to you!
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee!
We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products for your piece of mind. If you are not satiffied with any of your purchased items you can return them for a full refund, excluding $2.00 shipping costs, with 30 days of the purchase date! If returning a product under the terms of this guarantee, please be sure to advise us via the contact form on the contact page of this website within 30 days of the date of your order. All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Cable Chick reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition.
Returns Policy
Please contact us if you have an item in need of returning. Returns may not be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when returning an item: customer name, invoice number and the reason for the return. Please note that we cannot cover return postage fees for exchanges or returns where the product is not at fault. Additionally, we may request under certain circumstances that the customer covers the return postage of the exchanged item. For the return of faulty goods covered by warranty, Cable Chick will cover return postage charges up to the value of $2.00.
For cables and items which are required for permanent installations (eg. Inside walls or ceilings), please connect the cables to compatible equipment prior to installation to ensure correct function. We cannot accept returns for cables which have been mishandled or damaged during installation by unqualified personnel.
Returning non-faulty items outside of our 30 day Satisfaction Warranty
Should you change your mind about the the product you have purchased outside the 30 Day Satisfaction Warranty, Cable Chick will need to charge a 15% restocking fee. This is 15% of the purchase value of any items returned. In all such cases the returned items MUST be in "as new" condition as outlined in our "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" in order to be considered for return under this guarantee. Additionally, for any such return, Cable Chick is unable to refund any postage costs, whether from the original order or from costs incurred through returning the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse refund, exchange or credit for any item returned outside of the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Free Gifts from Cable Chick
Every so often, Cable Chick likes to give their valued customers a Free Gift with their Purchase. This is one of the ways we say thank you for shopping with us. The Free Gifts are always of high build quality and manufacturing specification. However, on rare ocassions the Free Gift may break or cease to operate within its designed parameters before its manufacturers warranty has expired. Unfortunately we do not provide any kind of warranty or guarantee with our Free Gifts and cannot replace, issue a refund for, or provide store credit for any Free Gift that is malfunctioning or is damaged under any circumstances.
In some cases our Free Gifts are also available for purchase, for those who would like to buy more of them. In these cases where the item was original purchased, the product's normal warranty will apply. In all such cases the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase before a warranty claim will be considered.
