Competition Terms & Conditions

• $2 Express shipping is via the Australia Post Express Post Network, please check with Australia post to confirm if your delivery address is eligible for guarantee next day delivery.
• Every item ordered and paid for prior to competition close dates equals one entry into the prize draw. For example, if five items are ordered and paid for prior to competition close date, then the purchaser receives 5 entries into the prize to draw.
• No minimum spend required, upon payment being received entry to the draw is automatic.
• The Game Console Prize Winner will be drawn on the 1st April 2010.
• The winner has 7 Days upon notification to claim prize. Contact details provided when ordering (Phone & Email) will be used to contact the selected prize winner. If the selected prize winner does not respond and accept their prize by contact Cable Chick staff within 7 days, their entry will be forfited and another winner will be chosen.
• It is a condition of entry that the winner of the Game Console Prize provide a Photo of themselves Holding/Using their prize within 14 days of receiving the item. The winner grants Cable Chick permission to publish this photo along with their Name, State & City/Suburb on the Cable Chick website www.cablechick.com.au, along with other Competition winners photos.
• Competition prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other services.
• We will ship the Prize to the winners address for free as part of the prize pack but we will only ship within Australia, not overseas.
• Competition closes at Midnight 31st March 2010.

Further Competition Information

If your order is accepted into the draw you will be sent a once off email confirming your entry into the draw, no further correspondence will be sent to you in regards to the Console Prize Draw unless you are notified as a winner. The winner of the Game Console Prize Draw will be contacted as soon as possible after the draw via Email and Phone (based on contact details provided to us when making a purchase). Once we have notified the winner they will then have 7 days to claim their prize by either emailing us at service@cablechick.com.au or calling us on (07) 3166 9334 during business hours. If, after 7 days have passed from initial notification we haven't been contacted by the selected winner of the game console prize, we will have a redraw of the prize and the original winner will forfeit their opportunity to claim the prize. The winner of the redraw will also have 7 days to claim their prize and will also be subject to the conditions above.
