Cable Chick is looking for an enthusiastic new team member to assist with customer service and order packing on a Wednesday to Saturday permanent Part-Time position at our Cleveland warehouse. Training will be provided by experts with years of experience and knowledge, with a view to expanding the scope of your role once you are familiar with our products and daily operations. This role is perfect for anybody who craves variety in their daily workload, is hungry to learn, and is confident in serving customers. Duties will initially include:
- Serving customers in store
- Answering the phone
- Responding to email enquiries
- Moving boxes up to 16kg
- Assiting with order fulfilment and logistics
- Getting involved in problem solving
