Hi all, I thought I'd send a quick note on my very positive experience with Cable Chick. I see you already have plenty of testimonials but it never hurts to be another voice in the crowd!

Everything was painless - from selecting a suitable cable, to creating an account, to ordering the cable, to having it delivered to reception at my office exactly as requested, which so many other companies have failed to do. Even my wallet is happy, as the price was far below what I'd been able to find elsewhere, and when the package arrived less than 24 hours later, my new cable was very well packed - there was even a nice little surprise in the bag :) Given the rest of my experience I wasn't at all surprised when I took the cable home and it did exactly what the description on your site said it would do.

It seems like such a simple thing to offer good service, but so few companies these days do so, particularly when price is used as a selling point. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Cable Chick exceeded my expectations in these areas, and the little things really do make a big difference. I'll most definitely be visiting you again, should I need more cables in the future!
