 I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from cable chick.
I placed my order at 3:54 in the afternoon and I received my 10m HDMI cable the next morning.I can also confirm that the quality of the cable is outstanding. All this talk of expensive HDMI cables is rubbish. I bought my 10 metre cable for the same price a friend of mine paid for a 2 metre cable and there is no difference in picture or audio quality.

I was tired of paying outrageous prices for good quality HDMI cables, until I found Cable Chick. For the price of one cable from anywhere else, I got three from Cable Chick! And these cables aren’t poor quality either – the picture looks perfect!

Hi Cable Chick,
My last DVD player died an untimely death so I had to buy a cheapo DVD player to play my new 'Yoga for Surfers' DVD. I had become tired of trying to watch it on my computer in my computer room (it's also difficult to do the downward dog pose in a tiny room with heaps of surfboards laying about).
The new slimline DVD player didn't come with any audio visual cables - which was strange. It did however come equipped with this new connection output called HDMI. Hhhhhmmmm - I've seen this somewhere before, yes, that's right, my Plasma has HDMI inputs all over it. Cool - I'll get me a HDMI cable I thought.
Upon checking all the major electrical stores at my local shopping centre - I was a bit confused that I needed to pay upwards of $50 for a HDMI cable (some were even up to $300). Back to sun salutations amongst the surfboards and computer desk it was for me.
I did a search online and found Cable Chick. A 1m HDMI cable for $16.95. What's the catch I thought - probably $45 for postage. No - it was free postage. Maybe it's just crap quality I thought. What's to lose - I ordered it. Sixty eight minutes later I had an email notification that my order had been sent. What??? No way - it couldn't be possible. The next day the cable turned up - I couldn't believe it. I send stuff via courier all the time in my job and it still takes days to get there. The true test was going to be how it worked. I've got to say that it's the best HDMI cable I've ever had - actually it's my only HDMI cable. It works awesomely. It's such a dream to do the yoga in my lounge room with the Instructor lady bigger than life on my plasma screen.
Thanks to the HDMI cable and a big thanks to Cable Chick for their prompt delivery and service. I'm now such a yoga guru. I'm sure I'll be back with more orders to hook up the rest of my gear.

I was a bit dubious about purchasing such a cheap HDMI cable, but in this case cheap does NOT mean inferior. At $16.95 for a 1 metre cable including delivery – they must be one of the best deals around.
The cables (I purchased two) were delivered within two days of ordering online and work perfectly with no loss of signal or quality with the full HD display between my laptop and monitor.
Being curious about the difference in quality between these “cheap” cables and my $100 Belkin HDMI cable, I connected the Cable Chick HDMI -1M cable between my hard drive recorder and plasma TV and couldn’t detect any difference in picture or sound quality.
Makes me feel a bit foolish for shelling out $100 for the Belkin cable; I guess the extra $83 was for all the fancy packaging.

I had purchased a Blu-Ray player and was visiting local electronics stores for a HDMI Cable. I came home without a purchase and got on the Internet and found Cable Chick. To my surprise the 1m HDMI Male to HDMI Male Cable costing $49.95 in the stores was available from Cable Chick for the Special price of $15.95 (RRP $49.95 - Cable Chick normal price $22.95). I placed an order on line at 9am (NSW Time) on 17th December.
The service following this was excellent. I received an email shortly after placing my order advising me that the order was confirmed with a summary of the order. A very short time later I received another email advising that the order had been processed and dispatched by Australia Post Express Post giving me a tracking number. I tracked my order into the local delivery centre at 5am the next morning, given to the driver about 8am and my order turned up at 8.50am, less than 24hours after placing the order. I have placed a 2nd order today and received the confirmatory email and later the dispatch details. You have kept me informed every step of the way!
The cable was perfect as expected and I have never received service such as this from any supplier previously. I will, and have already, recommended Cable Chick to friends. The products, pricing and service are second to none.

Before buying the 2-Port HDMI Switch Box, I mistakenly bought a similar cheaper product on ebay. It did not work, so I looked at my options with the Cable Chick.

I recently required a HDMI cable and was quoted $200 from a Harvey Norman store.
I found Cable Chick online and started my own research. I rang the office to confirm some technical points and was very impressed with the honest advice. I purchased the same quality product as well as an Optic Fibre cable and had them delivered the following day for a total of $77. I live 2000 km’s from their office so this was great. I was extremely impressed and have already started looking into other cables etc that I need.
I won’t buy from anywhere else now.

For the past couple of months, I have tried everything to make a 22 inch monitor connect to my laptop. Both being relatively new products, I could not understand why the correct resolution would not display. I was quite frustrated, to say the least, and after installing the latest Windows and returning the monitor to the supplier, it still didn't work. I had practically given up.
I recently bought the 1m HDMI Male to HDMI Male Cable to plug the laptop into my new flat screen television. It arrived promptly at 9.30am the next morning, after only ordering it the afternoon before. Amazing! So fast and prompt. A colleague of mine suggested I try the cable between the monitor and the laptop instead of using the old VGA cable. I didn't think it would make any difference, but it worked! Instantly the laptop picked up the correct resolution, the model and brand of the monitor. It works like a dream! I cannot believe after all these months of fiddling around that all it needed was this HDMI cable. We were about to send the monitor back a second time!
So thank you very much Cable Chick for your HDMI cable. I can now use my monitor correctly which is great. I am going to order a second one for home.
